The All-Star break has come and gone and the second half of the baseball season gets under way Friday.
That means that MLB’s Extra Innings package will offer a free preview for every out-of-market game for the next week.
For hard-core baseball fans, it’s a deal that’s hard to pass up.
The free preview runs from July 19-25 for the following affiliates: Time Warner Cable, DirecTV and Dish Network.
With up to 80 out-of-market games each week through the end of the regular season, which ends on Sept. 29, cable and satellite providers are offering the half-season package at a retail of $139, versus the full-season rate of $199.
