Downtown’s “Forever Marilyn” statue wasn’t the only Marilyn Monroe in Palm Springs Thursday night.

Hundreds of audience members gathered on the lawn around 26-foot-tall statue to witness the first “Forever Marilyn” look-alike contest at VillageFest.

P.S. Resorts hosted the a contest, which was kicked off with a performance by local Marilyn impersonator Cat Lyn Day and hosted by Bella da Ball.

See winners below from the following five categories: Performing Marilyn, Drag Marilyn,  Ms./Mrs. Marilyn, Miss Junior Marilyn (for contestants ages 16 and under) and pets.
