Coachella Valley residents have a 4-minute window to see the International Space Station as it passes overhead Monday night.

The space station will first appear from the southwest at 7:47 p.m. and travel to north-northeast hitting a maximum height of 68 degrees in the sky.

When seen from the ground, the ISS will appear to be a bright dot racing across the night.
