KRET-TV MeTV only available via digital service

KRET-TV MeTV, which airs multiple television shows from past decades, is only available via digital service as of Tuesday, Time Warner Cable announced.

tdsdc5-6b3x7dx9sj7wqltxmhm_layout Subscribers need to obtain a digital adapter in order to watch the station. They are available for free at local TWC offices as long as it’s requested by Dec. 31.

Beginning in January 2015, subscribers will be charged $1.50 per month for the digital adapter.

MeTV joins other stations that will soon be available only if subscribers have cable boxes or digital adapters.

Other stations include the History Channel, Lifetime, Animal Planet, NBC Sports Network, TLC, CNBC, E! and HSN.
