The Desert Sun takes a deep dive into one of the most notorious crimes in the history of the Coachella Valley on Sunday.

On Oct. 12, 1978, three people were executed in a luxurious Las Palmas home. Nothing was stolen and the killer left no clues.

The bodies were found the next day, launching a globetrotting, high-society murder mystery that remains unsolved.
