Former Rep. Mary Bono has put her Arlington, Va., home up for sale.
The agent representing the listing was not immediately available for comment this morning. In responding to a Desert Sun reporter’s tweet, Bono said she is “looking for a bigger place in Arlington & keeping PS too!”
Bono’s condo is 1,164 square feet, according to the listing.
According to The Washington Post, it is a corner unit on the building’s eighth floor with “three private balconies that offer views of the Washington skyline.”
“Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the rooms with natural light,” the Post reported. “The condo comes with garage parking and extra storage. The building offers a swimming pool, fitness center, 24-hour concierge, a shuttle bus to the Crystal City Metro and a Harris Teeter in the lobby.”
Bono, who lost her seat to Rep. Raul Ruiz last November, shared the Washington condo with former Rep. Connie Mack, who also lost his re-election bid.
The pair announced they were divorcing in May.
Just days after the announcement, Bono changed her mind about selling her home in south Palm Springs.
The five bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home had been listed at $1.275 million.
“At this point, Mary is planning to spend more time in Palm Springs,” her spokesman, Howard Bragman, said at the time.
Bono is now a senior vice president for Washington-based FaegreBD Consulting.
