The reality-based competition show pits four competitors against one another, eliminating one in three rounds. The winning team, consisting of a chef and sous-chef receives $10,000.

The episode will air on Dec. 28 at 8 p.m. PST.

Self-taught baker and shop owner Tiffany Thorpe interest in baking started in 2011 after watching tutorials and researching how to decorate the perfect sugar cookie. It didn’t take long for the hobby to develop into a bricks-and-mortar business one year later.

The bake shop specializes in custom-cookie orders, but also creates masterful cupcakes including maple bacon, salted caramel mocha and cookies and cream.

In addition to selling decadent treats, the shop also hosts cupcake classes, giving attendees a chance to learn their ways around a piping bag.
