TGIF! Here are five things to know for today:

Rock show: Check out Chris Isaak at The Show at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa. Tickets range from $40-$75, and the show starts at 9 p.m. Fun fact: Isaak made his latest album, “Beyond The Sun,” at Sun Studio in Memphis — the legendary facility where Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison and Jerry Lee Lewis recorded in the 1950s.

Fabulous Follies final performances: Palm Springs Follies, featuring the music and dance of the ’40s through the ’70s, kicks off its final week with Susan Anton before Maureen McGovern opens Jan. 7. The show starts at 1:30 p.m., and tickets start at $29.

Fashionable lunch: In the mood for fashion with your food? Head to Cuistot Restaurant on El Paseo in Palm Desert. While you’re eating, models will show off the latest styles from El Paseo boutiques including BB One, Troy and The Michael K. Jewelry collection. The event starts at noon. Reservations are recommended.

By the numbers: The month-over-month median sale price of Coachella Valley homes and condos edged up to $265,000 in November, according to a new housing report. That’s a 23.5 percent increase from November 2012.

End of an era: Today in 1970, the musical play “Hello, Dolly!” closed on Broadway after a run of 2,844 performances.
