Attendees at The Dinah’s signature concert this year will experience twice the talent when Tegan and Sara take the stage at the Palm Springs Convention Center.

The twin sisters (both out lesbians) will headline the April 5 show, the event organizer Club Skirts announced Monday (Jan. 6). Originally from Canada, Tegan and Sara first gained attention for their music when they were 15. Since then, their popularity has risen in the U.S. Their hit song, “Closer,” rotates on top 40 radio, and their song “Shudder to Think” is a part of the hit Matthew McConaughey film, “Dallas Buyers Club.” They’ve also appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” among other TV shows.

Their Palm Springs performance will be one of many during the 24th annual Dinah, a weekend of music, pool parties and other events celebrating lesbians. It will take place April 2-6 at various Coachella Valley venues.
