AT&T expands Coachella Valley Internet service

If you’re an AT&T customer, your mobile Internet service may soon improve.

The company announced Wednesday that  its expanding its 4G LTE network in the Coachella Valley. That means wireless Internet speeds will improve.

It became available in those areas a year ago.

The expansion is part of AT&T’s 116 billion investment into its wireless and wireline networks across the country.

“We’ve seen positive response from customers on our 4G LTE launch, and as (Wednesday’s) expansion shows, we’re continuing our rollout of fast 4G LTE speeds to more areas of Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario,” Richard Porras, AT&T California’s regional vice president, said in a news release.
